  • Important - Upgrade of PBZ SignErgy for using PBZCOM@NET with FINA certificate

    for loggin in and working in the PBZCOM@NET application using the FINA certificate from April 03, 2024. a newer version of PBZ SignErgy is required.

  • For accessing the service, insert the authorisation medium (smart card/USB device) into the reader/computer and click on Login.
  • In the event that your authorisation medium is locked, screen will appear to enter PIN/password. Please enter the PIN/password and click Ok. Application login will follow.
  • If is your service login is unsuccessful, please call toll free info phone: 0800 PBZ COM (0800 729 266) or send an e-mail to the address: com@pbz.hr. The number to dial from abroad is +3851 4891 313.

  • Start the PBZmToken application on your mobile phone by entering PIN. Select a "Get the code" option on the PBZmToken application main menu.
  • Enter the serial number displayed in PBZmToken application into the field "Token SN" on this screen.
  • Enter the One-time password displayed in PBZmToken application in the field of the same name on this screen.
  • Confirm the entry of data in this screen by selecting the "Login" button.
